With Sapphire having received all required Approvals to proceed with the HOLM Residences project, early works have now commenced on site at Nguyen Van Huong in Thao Dien.
Security hoarding has been erected along the 200metre stretch of Nguyen Van Huong and the backfilling of the site has already completed. The process of backfilling has raised the site by approximately 1metre and is just one measure that Sapphire is taking to ensure this magnificent waterfront project maximises its proximity to the Saigon River, whilst at the same time, protecting against it during high tides.
Driving of villa foundations will begin in April and completion of Vietnam’s most exclusive residences is on programme for December 2016.
